This is the Official Web Portal of Virtual Tutorial Project – Utkal University. The portal is developed, hosted by National Informatics Centre. Virtual Tutorial Project – Utkal University is the owner of the portal, the contents in this portal is a collaborative effort of various Virtual Tutorial Project – Utkal University Departments. • The e-Learning lecturers are developed under the initiative of RUSA funded by the Central and State Government. Such e-Lecturers can be referred by the Undergraduate students, faculties, teachers or any other candidate pursuing any related courses. For better accessibility the download option is provided which is available in free of cost. No one can upload the same e-Lecturer in any of the websites, channels or through any other medium.
• The copyright of such videos will remain with Utkal University. It is prohibited to upload the e-Lecturer or part of them Prior Permission must be obtained for the partial reproduction or use of such lecturers in any medium by any one except the Govt. of Odisha.
• If anyone will found doing such uploading of e-Lecturers in any personal channel or in any other websites on any other modes without prior approval, then legal actions will be taken as per the provision.
